Getting Started With La Nurse Home Care Registry

Give Us A Call, We Handle Everything

DOES MEDICARE COVER THESE SERVICES

Medicare does not pay for routine Activities of Daily Living provided by a CNA/HHA. If you or your loved one has a condition that might trigger your Medicare benefit (physical therapy or occupational therapy), we will refer you to a well-respected, Medicare Certified Home Health Agency, who will perform an assessment to determine if you are eligible to receive care.

With that said, we often work alongside a Medicare provider to provide the Activities of Daily Living support. For example, your physical therapist might come to your house for a visit, but they don’t care for the rest of your needs on a daily basis, ie. bathing, toileting, dressing, ambulation, meal preparation. We are here to meet those needs.

MOM OR DAD IS IN FLORIDA AND YOU ARE OUT OF STATE?

In South Florida, this is all too common.  From snowbirds to those that just love the Florida lifestyle, aging parents in South Florida are always a challenge for adult children/grandchildren that live out of state.  The caregivers referred by La Nurse are the link between family and the loved ones they care for.  You can have peace of mind knowing that a referred caregiver is with your loved one assisting with their daily needs and communicating directly with you any changes in behavior or medical conditions.
