Caregiver Registration
Do you want to make a positive difference in the lives of the elderly? Do you have experience in providing home care and a track record of exceptional service to the elderly?
At La Nurse Home Care Registry, we are always looking for independent contractor nurses, home health aides, CNAs, and companions who are experienced, caring, professional, and dependable and are looking for referrals to provide home care to the elderly in South Florida.
All caregivers registered with La Nurse Home Care Registry are independent contractors and are not employees of La Nurse Home Care Registry.
All Independent Contractor Caregivers Registered Are Required To Register in person at our Delray Beach office located at 258 SE 6th Ave., Suite 5, Delray Beach, FL 33483
Tuesdays-Thursdays 10:00 am-2:00 pm or by appointment at our Broward office and have the following:
- Written references of names, addresses, and phone numbers of clients, registries, or agencies
- Florida state license for RN, LPN, and CNA
- HHA certificate demonstrating knowledge in the curriculum and hours mandated by the State of Florida (75 hours)
- Proof of a physical examination by a Physician, Physician’s Assistant, ARNP, or Registered Nurse under supervision of Licensed Physician in the last six months with a physician statement that states: Free from any communicable diseases
- AHCA Level 2 background fingerprint screening
- Driver’s License
- Car insurance
- Reliable Transportation
- Social Security Card
- CPR Card (Must be from American Heart Association, Red Cross or Health & Safety Institute)
- HIV/OSHA Certification
- Assistance with Self Administration of Medication Certificate
- Proof of Residency or Citizenship: Passport, Permanent Resident Card, Birth Certificate, Voter Registration Card, or Certificate of Naturalization
- Professional Liability Insurance
- EIN (Employer Identification Number)
- Compassionate, Caring and Dependable
- Commitment to Excellence
- Read, Write and Speak English
- Palm Beach County License (HHA’s in Palm Beach County only)
- 2-3 Professional References
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in home care required
- Available Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and Short Shifts a plus
We are looking for caregivers in the following areas:
Palm Beach County (including Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth, Lantana, Greenacres, Westgate, West Palm Beach, North Palm Beach, Pahokee, Wellington, Riviera Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Juno, Tequesta, Royal Palm Beach)
Okeechobee, Indian River, Martin, St. Lucie County
Broward County (including Deerfield Beach, Parkland, Coconut Creek, Lighthouse Point, Coral Springs, Margate, Pompano Beach, North Lauderdale, Tamarac, Lauderhill, Lauderdale Lakes, Sea Ranch Lakes, Lauderdale by the Sea, Oakland Park, Wilton Manors, Sunrise, Plantation, Ft. Lauderdale, Weston, Davie, Cooper City, Dania, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, Maramar, Pembroke Park, Hallandale)
